Our winery was established on our beautiful flagship estate vineyard located on Chehalem Mountain just outside of Newberg, Oregon. The vines were planted in 1980 on two and a half acres making them some of the oldest vines in the Chehalem Mountain AVA. In 2000, Privé Vineyard began making wines that showcased this rare, old vine Pommard Clone Pinot Noir. In 2021 Privé Vineyard purchased a beautiful 13 acre Pinot Noir vineyard in Ribbon Ridge AVA to further the quest of making beautiful wines from remarkable terroir.

Our Wines
Stepping onto the Privé Estate is like stepping onto a hillside vineyard in Burgundy. In keeping with our passion for Burgundian Pinot Noir that originally inspired the conception of Privé, we focus on minimal intervention so that the wines can reflect their terroir, giving them a distinct sense of place. The basaltic Jory soil is known for producing red-fruited, earthy, balanced wines.

Wine club members will automatically revive regular shipments of 1, 2 or 3 cases throughout the year in a Spring and Fall shipment. Members enjoy discounts on all wines and will be invited to special member events.
